11. It is preferable to use a vessel (netilla cup) for doingnetilla. However, if one is truly not available, we may do netilla straight from the faucet, alternating hands (right- left x3) without a berakha. For the purpose of educating children, we also wash their hands for them likewise; however, even if they use only a faucet, we teach them to do the netilla with a berakha.
