Remember to say your Perek of Shir HaShirim!

2. Although it is the Day of Judgment, we are to express our confidence that the Almighty will accept our prayers and repentance and inscribe us for a year of life. Thus, it is prohibited to fast on Rosh Hashanah and the Missvah of Simhat Yom Tov (happiness of theholiday) applies just as on the three festivals; there should be a festive meal both at night and in the day.

Berukot HaBaot to all the new Sadikot who joined! You can review the halakhot we learned so far at http://www.midreshethayil.com/. Feel free to refer MidrESHET Hayil to your family and friends! Tizku leMissvot Rabot!
