One Halakhah Closer to Becoming an Eshet Hayil

Please continue to daven for our brothers and sisters in Eress Yisrael, the situation is only escalating and we need all the Heavenly protection we can get. Our Tefillot are absolutely vital. The Rabbanim have asked to say say Perakim 20 (Khaf), 83 (Peh Gimmel), 91 (Sadik Alef),121 (Kuf Khaf Alef), 130 (Kuf Lamed) and 143 (Kuf Mem Gimmem). May all of our Tefillot be answered leTovah uleBerakhah!

HILKHOT HANOUKKAH

1. The eight days of Hanoukkah were established by the Rabbanim as days of happiness and praise to HaKadosh Barukh Hu in celebration of the miraculous victory of the Macabees and the rededication of the Beit HaMikdash in Yeroushalayim. The first day of Hanoukkah is the 25th of Kislev and last for a total of eight days. This year iy''H, the first night of  Hanoukkah is December 8th, 2012.
