*Some people would consider today to be 'Thanksgiving', however as Yehudim, it is Thanksgiving for us every day. That is why the first words we say every morning is 'Modah Ani', I am thankful. Hodu La'HaShem Ki Tov!!

3. One menorah is lit per family which covers all the members of the family even those not present. The head of household lights the first candle each night. It is customary for the wife and children to light the later candles, in age order.

*BH a recording of last night's shiur is available, however, the formatting of the recording requires the file to be divided into several parts even though it is a half hour recording. If you would like a recording to be sent to you please message me back and I will gladly have it sent to you beli neder! Meanwhile, we are working on on having a single uniform file to posted online....Kol Tuv!
