Parashat HaMann [The Chapter about the Manna, the sustenance HaShem delivered from Shamayim each day for Benei Yisrael when they were in the desert for 40 days] is found in the 16th Perek of the Book of Shemot, Pesoukim 4-36. This Chapter details the episode of the miraculous "Manna" [bread from heaven] that sustained the Benei Yisrael during their 40-year journey in the desert.

BH There is a Segoulah today to recite Parashat HaMann for Parnassah. Before we learn deeper about this 'Segoulah', I would like to point out that Parnassah does not necessarily mean making more money and becoming rich, in Lashon Kodesh 'ashir' spelled with an Ayin. Rav Natan of Breslov explains that the main Berakhah of Parnassah is when one accepts their sustenance from HaShem with good will and is happy with his own portion, trusting that this is what the Ribbono Shel Olam wants for them-- this person is also 'ashir', which in Lashin Kodesh means 'happy' when spelled with an Alef. If HaShem were to grant a person tremendous wealth, but they are not appreciative and always looking at what others have, is this considered a true Berakhah of Parnassah for him? I think not. Therefore, Parnassah depends on where we put that 'Ayin'. If we spell 'ashir' with an ayin this means 'wealthy', and if we spell it with an alef, it means 'happy'. Subsequently, 'Ayin' also means 'eye'. The difference between 'wealth' and being 'happy' with this wealth depends on where we put our 'Ayin'--not just the letter, but our eyes, how we look at it all. When we pray for Parnassah, lets not just ask for limitless wealth to make us happy, let us request from HaShem, Baal Yekholot Koulam, to grant us happiness for our limited wealth. This is true Parnassah.
Now, for the Segoulah.
Adapted from Shirat Devorah:
Rebbe Menachem Mendel of Rimanov, a disciple of the Holy Rav Elimelech of Lizhensk, instructed everyone to read "Parshat HaMann" specifically on the Yom Shelishi [Tuesday] of Parshat Beshalach in the "Shenayim Mikra ve'Ehad Targoum" format, i.e. reading the Hebrew verses twice and the Aramaic translation of Onkelos once.

Rav Yosef Kaaro, the "mehaber" [compiler] of the monumental Halakhic text, the Shulchan Arukh, in the Orah Haim 1:5, instructs us to recite it daily....
By so doing, every Jew acknowledges that his/her livelihood comes only from HaShem like it did in the desert. Reciting the Parashat HaMann daily strengthens one's Emounah and Bitahon in HASHEM, and is a "Segoulah for Parnassah".
