MidrESHET Hayil
24 Sivan 5773
2. A woman who prays Arvit, she does not recite the Berakhot of Keriat Shema (Asher beDevaro, Ahavat Olam, Emet veEmounah, and Hashkivenou), rather she says Shemonah Esrei only.
It is Midat Hasidout (going above and beyond) to say these Berakhot as well, HOWEVER, she does not finish off the Tefilah with the name of HaShem. So instead of 'Baroukh Atah HaShem Maariv Aravim' she, would say 'Baroukh Maariv Aravim' etc. etc.
Shavouah Tov uMevorakh to all!!

BH tonight and tomorrow 26 Sivan is the Hiloula of HaRav Yonatan ben Uziel. It is said to daven in his zekhout for your zivoug hagoun, Shalom bayit and more....
3. Women are obligated to say Keriat Shema al haMitah (the Shema we say before we go to sleep). They would make the full Berakhah of 'HaMapil' ONLY if they are going to sleep before Hassot (halakhic midnight).
If she goes to bed before Hassot but knows she wont fall asleep after Hassot, she does NOT say the Berakhah of HaMapil with the name of HaShem.
There are those who say that women dont say the Berakhah of 'HaMapil' regardless since they hold that women are not obligated in the nighttime Shema.
