TODAY IS THE EIGHTH AND FINAL DAY OF HANOUKKAH!
**Remember to say Al HaNisim in the Amidah and in Birkat HaMazon J
The eighth day of Hanoukkah is known as 'Zot Hanoukkah'.The Sefer Taamei Dinim U'Minhagim brings that today is the last Day of Judgment from the Din that began on Rosh HaShanah. It is a tremendous day for Tefillah and for Teshuvah. It is learned that what any ordinary person can achieve today is more than what a Sadik can achieve at Ne'ilah of Yom Kippur. We still have the opportunity to do Teshuvah! Just imagine what we could achieve today. Use every precious moment possible--Daven with extra Kavannah, give Sedakah, do Hesed, indulge in Teshuvah Shelemah. Be'ezrat HaShem in this zekhout, may HaKadosh Baroukh Hu bring only positive decrees for us, and may it be a year full of Simhah, Berakhah and Hasslahah Rabbah! Hanoukkah Sameah!
