A Few Sefirot and Tefillat HaShelah HaKadosh Closer to Becoming an Eshet Hayil

Day Five of Week 6: Hod of Yesod-Humilty within Bonding

"Humility is crucial in healthy bonding. Arrogance divides people. Preoccupation with your own desires and needs separates you from others. Humility allows you to appreciate another person and bond with him. Bonding that is just an extension of your own needs is only bonding tighter with yourself. Healthy bonding is the union of two distinct people, with independent personalities, who join for a higher purpose than satisfying their own needs.
True humility comes from recognizing and acknowledging HaShem in your life. Am I aware of the third partner - HaShem - in bonding? And that this partner gives me the capacity to unite with another, despite our distinctions.
Exercise for the day: When praying acknowledge HaShem specifically for helping you bond with others."

Day Seven of Week 6: Malkhout of Yesod-Sovereignty within Bonding

"Bonding must enhance a person's sovereignty. It should nurture and strengthen your own dignity and the dignity of the one you bond with. Does my bonding inhibit the expression of my personality and qualities? Does it overwhelm the one I bond with?
Exercise for the day: Emphasize and highlight the strengths of the one you bond with."

Day One of Week 7: Hesed of Malkhout-Lovingkindness within Sovereignty
"Healthy sovereignty is always kind and loving. An effective leader needs to be warm and considerate. Does my sovereignty make me more loving? Do I exercise my authority and leadership in a caring manner? Do I impose my authority on others?

Tonight is ROSH HODESH SIVAN!
(Today is a very powerful day for Tefillah especially for your children, kindly see below for more....)

'The Shelah haKadosh wrote that the eve of the first day of the Hebrew month of Sivan (Erev Rosh Hodesh Sivan--TODAY!!) is the most auspicious time to pray for the physical and spiritual welfare of one's children and grandchildren, since Sivan was the month that the Torah HaKedoshah was given to the Jewish people. He composed a special prayer to be said on this day, known as the Tefillat HaShelah - the Shelah's Prayer.' The Tefillah can be found here or seen as an attachment to this email. May all of your Tefillot be answered leTovah uleBerakhah and may we all raise our children to Torah Houppah and Maasim Tovim deriving endless nahat from them!!
